This AMT version you are running on (v4.1.3 as per attached log) is a bit old. The latest one is 9.0. I assume your machine is a bit old too probably. After that you are using the Mesh Commander which is an open source software that we support as best effort only. The official Intel tool is the Intel Manageability Commander: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27807/Intel-Manageability-Commander

I see you are using a Windows 10 virtual machine which might bring some unexpected errors. I would suggest you to try with an actual Windows machine to better get the vm out of the equation.  

Last based on the log attached the provisioning stops on the TLS-PSK connection what makes me thing your TLS configuration is not correct or it is looking for a certificate. Do you have a valid certificate installed on the host machine?
