Just built a new Intel SCS server and installed the SCS Add-on on the SCCM 2012 server in production after having success in my test environment and now when I try to manually provision an AMT client computer from the command line, via acuconfig, I get this error back: "Initial connection to the Intel AMT device failed." "The SSL handshake failed because the certificate received is signed by an unknown CA". I am using a public CA certificate for provisioning and an enterprise CA TLS certificate. Is this certificate that it's talking about the provisioning certificate or the TLS certificate? When it says that the CA is unknown is that in Windows on the AMT client side? SCS server side? AMT client firmware side?
Any suggestions for troubleshooting will be much appreciated.
