You need to get the latest Management Engine Driver from the ASRock web site. That should help.
Please visit this site, http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B150M-HDS/?cat=Download click the link for your OS and download the latest Management Engine Driver. Reboot your system after the install and try the tool again.
